Hemp oil is obtained by pressing hemp seeds of the Slovenian industrial hemp. During the process of cold pressing the seeds, the oil temperature does not exceed 50 ºC which plays an important role in preserving the widest possible range of beneficial active substances, vitamins in minerals. Cold-pressed hemp oil contains 80% of the essential fatty acids with an optimal ratio of omega 3 and omega 6. Hemp oil is rich in vitamin D, vitamin E, and a lot of vitamin B – complexes. Its advantage is that it has an excellent ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 unsaturated fatty acids for humans. In addition to unsaturated fatty acids, hemp oil also contains protein and essential minerals.

Instructions of use hemp oil:


Take 1-2 teaspoons in the morning on an empty stomach. It is suitable for salad dressings as an alternative to olive oil, it can also be added to different milkshakes. Hemp seed oil loses its taste and quality due to heating, therefore it is recommended to be prepared to the right temperature which does not exceed 60 ºC.
